Camps and Sessions
Summer Volleyball Academy (NB)

Volleyball Practices
Twice a week Athletes will have high level volleyball practices focusing on learning new skills and sharpening fundamentals.

Workouts
Twice a week athletes will have workouts at the High Performance Gym on the UNB Campus. Closely monitored by a personal trainer.

Workshops
Once a week athletes will attend an in class workshop. Ranging from video analysis, mental preparation presentations, nutrition presentation and guest speakers.
