Summer Volleyball Academy 2025
Take your game to the next level this summer with the Ethos Athletics Summer Volleyball Academy 2025, a high-intensity training program designed for athletes looking to refine their skills, build strength, and develop a winning mindset. Our comprehensive approach focuses on five key pillars of performance:
🏐 On-Court Training & Technical Work – Master fundamental and advanced techniques through structured drills, positional training, and game scenarios. Our experienced coaches emphasize precision, strategy, and execution to help athletes elevate their game.
💪 Gym Training & Physical Conditioning – Develop strength, agility, and endurance with a tailored fitness program designed for volleyball players. Our strength and conditioning coaches ensure you build explosive power, improve mobility, and reduce injury risk.
🧠 Mental Preparation & Sports Psychology – Gain the competitive edge with mindset training, confidence-building exercises, and strategies to handle pressure. Learn how to stay focused, resilient, and mentally tough in high-stakes situations.
🥗 Nutrition for Peak Performance – Fuel your body the right way with guidance from nutrition experts. Learn how to optimize energy levels, recovery, and overall performance with proper diet and hydration.
🎥 Video Analysis & Performance Review – Get a deeper understanding of your game with personalized video breakdowns. Coaches will analyze your technique, movement, and decision-making to identify strengths and areas for improvement, helping you refine your skills with precision.

General Information
Who are we looking for to join the Academy?
The Summer Volleyball Academy is for dedicated and motivated players who are looking for more opportunities to better themselves at the sport of volleyball and are looking to take the next step to raising their game to the next level.
The Academy will be comprised of 4 groups:
- 17U Boys
- 17U Girls
- 15U Boys
- 15U girls
Boys will be coached by Connor McConnell and the girls will be coached by Olivia Bell.
12 Players Maximum per group. Athletes must send in an application to express interest in joining the academy.
Starting June 9th, Athletes will have 2 practices per week and 1 workout per week.
Starting July 7th, Athletes will have 2 practices per week, 2 workouts per week, as well as one in class workshop per week.
